The following Specific Terms and conditions (“STC’s”) together with General Terms & Conditions (so far as not in conflict with these STC’s) (“GTC’s”) shall apply to users registering a stall or a virtual shop as from the date of registration.
The following describes the terms on which VFF offers you access to our services.
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to VFF. These terms and conditions apply to the services available from the domain and sub-domains of [Vintage Fashion Fairs] and by using the services on the VFF website you are agreeing to and entering into a legally binding contract on the following terms, including those available by hyperlink, with Anita Bott trading as [Vintage Fashion Fairs] of 16, Garden Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3LX
OPERATING VFF STALLS AND VINTAGE VIRTUAL SHOPS
You may not use our sites and services to operate or maintain in any way a Vintage Stall or a Vintage Virtual Shop (“services”) or to list items in our Marketplace or elsewhere on this site (“Listings”) if you are under the age of 18 or you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or if your VFF stallholder or Vintage Virtual Shop registration has been suspended.
While using VFF, you will not:
- Post, list or upload content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on our sites;
- Breach any laws, sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties;
- Breach our policies (as published from time to time on this website) or Contract terms including, without limitation, the STC’s and GTC’s.
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content (including personal information);
- Distribute or post spam (unsolicited commercial mailings), chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm VFF or its sites or property of VFF users;
- Copy, modify, or distribute content from our sites and VFF’s copyrights and trademarks; or
- Harvest, scrape, or otherwise collect information about other users or visitors to the CFF sites including email addresses, without their consent.
If you are registering with CFF as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity. If you are trading as a business on VFF, you must comply with al applicable laws relating to online trading [please see Business Selling Explained for more information].
We will commence supplying our Services to you [as soon as] you accept this Agreements and all payments due have been made. Unless you and VFF agree otherwise, you will not be able to cancel this agreement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (or any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction) once the supply of the Services has commenced.
ABUSING VFF
Without limiting its other remedies, CFF may issue you with warnings, limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, restrict or prohibit access to, and your activities on, the CFF sites (without limitation, removing listings), delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep you off the VFF sites if:
VFF believes that you are creating problems or exposing VFF or other VFF users or visitors to financial loss or legal liabilities.
We think that you are acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement or our policies;
Despite our reasonable endeavours, we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or
You agree to waive all claims you may have , not to hold VFF responsible, for any loss you may incur as a result of VFF taking any of the actions described above.
